Sales Manager 

for the Professional Hygiene business area to work in Täby, Sweden

 

Description

As Sales Manager, you will lead and organise the commercial operations of the Professional Hygiene business in Sweden; Healthcare, Cleaning, Safety and Food Industry. You will have the opportunity to lead and develop a group of experienced and highly motivated KAMs, and as a team you will ensure that you have what’s required to meet customer needs and reach commercial targets. 

You report to the Managing Director and are a part of the local leadership team as well as playing a key role in international operations at Kiilto.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the team of seven KAMs, based on Kiilto’s strategy and business best practises
  • Overall responsibility for sales and profitability targets
  • Analysis and evaluation of customer and market activities
  • Development and follow-up of yearly customer action plans.
  • Key role in strategic customer projects and new business development.

 

Background that would be the best fit for this job

To enjoy and succeed in this role, you have extensive skills and experience from negotiation, solution selling, consultative selling and building profitable growth in partnership with customers in multiple B2B businesses. You are an experienced leader, and probably you have gathered your experience from a variety of businesses. You are also an open-minded and modest leader who works for your team members to grow as persons and professionals. You work effectively in both formal and informal channels with customers in a variety of businesses and with other stakeholders and decision-makers in the community.

You also have:

  • BSc degree or higher in relevant subject 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Strong skills in communication, both written and oral
  • Very good knowledge in MS Office and especially Excel 
  • Native level in Swedish 
  • Very good level in both written and spoken English, i.e. able to handle internal and customer meetings in English.
