Dosing a solution with Kiilto Pro Fusion

One Kiilto Pro Fusion dosing device can be connected to up to four different cleaning agents, allowing you to prepare a variety of cleaning solutions for different cleaning applications using the same system. Learn how to dose a solution into a bottle, bucket, or combination machine tank using Kiilto Pro Fusion.

Dosing a solution into a scrubber dryer or bucket

1. Put on personal protective equipment.
2. Attach the hose located on the left side of the dosing device to the bucket or clean water tank of the scrubber dryer. Ensure that the nozzle is securely in place, and the hose does not rise during filling.
3. Gently press the filling button on the device and allow the solution to flow by holding the button down continuously. When the desired amount of solution has been dispensed, release the button.
4. The filling button can also be locked in the down position by pressing it firmly down while turning the button clockwise. Unlock it by turning the button counterclockwise.

Dosing a solution into a bottle

Important to note while filling the bottle: stop the flow of the solution in time to avoid overfilling and potential splashes. The bottle fills up quickly.

1. Put on personal protective equipment.
2. Select the agent to be dispensed by turning the product selector on the device. The selector locks into the correct position with a light click.
3. The bottle filling nozzle is located on the right side of the dosing device. Place the nozzle as deep as possible inside the bottle to be filled.
4. Gently press the filling button on the device and allow the usage solution to flow into the bottle by holding the button down continuously. When the desired amount of solution is in the bottle, release the button.
