We are looking for a Purchasing Manager based in Lempäälä

The position will be in our Purchasing team where you will work as a part of an experienced team managing your own categories of materials. You will work within both the Construction and Industrial Adhesives and Fireproofing business areas.

  • Education – A degree in a relevant field, such as a Master’s degree in economics and business administration or in engineering.

  • Collaboration – You enjoy collaboration with other experts, understand the meaning of communication and get a sense of reward when succeeding together.  
  • Language skills – You are fluent in English and preferably in Finnish, since you will be working as a part of both local and global teams.

The position   

Kiilto manufactures chemical solutions for construction, industry and fireproofing in our factories in Finland and Sweden. Our purchasing team works in close cooperation with fellow Kiiltonians from different countries and with suppliers and partners from different countries. 

The Purchasing Manager has an independent area of responsibility and has a possibility to contribute to achieving Kiilto’s strategic goals, among them Our Promise to the Environment. As Purchasing Manager, you will actively network both inside the company and with external suppliers and partners. The focus of the role is on sourcing and supplier cooperation, but operational purchasing tasks are also included.  You will report to the Head of Purchasing and Logistics.  

You will be based in Lempäälä, but in line with our flexible hybrid working model a certain amount of remote working is also possible. The work involves travelling a few times a year, both in Finland and abroad.
