Manager, Sales Operations for the Professional Hygiene Business Area
The position
Kiilto Professional Hygiene business area manufactures and sells hygiene solutions in the Baltic Sea Region. You will work with our brands in disinfections and hygiene solutions: Kiilto Pro, DAX, Antibac, Erisan Pro and Plum.
As a Manager for Sales Operations, your main tasks will be to develop uniform and efficient sales processes and sales performance metrics in our operating markets (Nordics, Baltics, and Russia). You will drive the development of general sales processes e.g. sales pipeline and pricing processes as well as CRM system and tools. Through your work with international sales teams and sales process development, you will contribute your expertise and insight to improve the sales teams' competence and ultimately ensure the best possible customer experience.
To get an in-depth understanding of the professional hygiene business and its customers, you will be responsible for selected customer accounts. You will also chair the internal international account team forum. Together with our B2B marketing professionals, you contribute to our product pipeline as well as services and solution area launches.
In this newly established position, you will work closely with our Country Sales organisations, Marketing community and Solutions management. We will provide you with extensive induction and support from your colleagues and other internal stakeholders. You will report to the Business Area Director, Professional Hygiene. The location of this position is in the Turku, Helsinki or Tampere region, but you must be willing and able to travel.
Responsibilities and duties
- Lead the development and communication of key sales performance metrics and follow-up actions by supporting markets with sales team performance tracking.
- Improve efficiency and remove friction points from uniform sales processes.
- Develop general sales processes, sales pipeline development, pricing process and CRM system and tools.
- Drive and support Sales teams competence development towards solutions sales.
- Responsibility for selected customer accounts.
Competencies, skills, and experience
- Bachelor or Master degree in the applicable field.
- Experience in working in B2B sales and/or sales operations in an international context.
- Demonstrated practical experience in improving and optimising sales processes and managing CRM tools.
- Hands-on knowledge of building, reporting and analysing sales performance data.
- Project management skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Any experience in the hygiene and cleanliness business will be considered an asset in this role. As you will be working with colleagues and customers in an international environment, proficiency in Finnish, Swedish or other Scandinavian language or Russian will be an advantage. Excellent cooperation skills with a can-do, solution-oriented mindset will enable successful performance in this position.
