We are now looking for a
Business Development Manager in Food Service and Professional Cleaning for Professional Hygiene Business Area
This is a great opportunity to join a growing international group. Kiilto’s Professional Hygiene business operates in seven countries. Among our well-known brands are Kiilto Pro, Erisan Pro, Antibac, Plum, and DAX. Total turnover in 2023 was approximately EUR 100 million. You will be a member of the Solutions Management team and will report to the Head of Solutions Management. The preferred locations for the position are Turku, Tampere or Helsinki regions (Finland), Malmö or Stockholm (Sweden), Assens (Denmark) or Asker (Norway).
In this position, you will have a great opportunity to develop our Food Service and Professional Cleaning business and help Kiilto achieve its strategic goals. In this role you are not directly responsible for sales but will contribute to it with your work. In your responsibility segment you will create, commercialize and launch profitable business concepts for the optimal mix of products and services across Kiilto’s markets in the Nordic and Baltic countries. Active search of partners and suppliers is also part of your responsibilities. You will lead our newly created workstream meetings, a forum in which the operating countries gather for a close collaboration to achieve the growth we are looking for.
We believe, that to succeed in this position, you need to have experience in creating business plans and go-to-market plans, and in follow-up on execution. You will work closely with many different people and functions at Kiilto to ensure added value for our customers.
As the driver of our Food Service and Professional Cleaning solution area, your days will be diverse and busy with interactions. The role requires regular travel within the Nordic and Baltic countries. You should also share our vision of creating a more sustainable business model that ensures that we and our partners limit any harmful impacts on the planet and people. In your role, you will be steering Kiilto’s business development in one of our key growth areas.
You can be part of the Kiilto community if you are driven by sales and business development, and meet at least some of the following criteria:
- Experience in the manufacturing industry – You have at least five years of relevant B2B experience and professional network in Business Development, preferably in the hygiene industry. Experience in Food Service and Professional Cleaning is considered an advantage.
- A track record of commercializing solutions – You have experience in commercialising and launching successful solutions. You have been involved in finding and developing new business opportunities.
- Market and analysis approach – You lead your area of responsibility by collecting, analysing and applying data on market trends and demands.
- International experience – You have experience of successful co-working internationally with diverse teams
- People skills – You enjoy collaboration and get a sense of achievement through succeeding together. You are good at creating networks and drawing on your existing ones.
- If you are open, energetic and have a can-do attitude, you’ll fit right in at Kiilto! You’re someone who passionately believes you can make a difference.
- Education – You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent.
- Languages – Fluency in English and preferably one of the Nordic languages.
