To strengthen its ability to serve customers even more comprehensively, Kiilto has decided to join Kiilto Group, KiiltoClean Group and Kiilto Family , as one Kiilto Group. Kiilto Ventures remains an independent company. The change will be gradual, but forming the new organisation starts immediately. The Managing Director of Kiilto Oy Anssi Asikainen, has been appointed CEO for the new organisation.
Organising around its four business areas – Professional Hygiene, Consumer Goods, Construction, and Industrial Adhesives and Fireproofing – allows Kiilto to deepen its expertise and develop solutions that bring even more value to its customers.
At Kiilto, the change is seen as a natural next step in developing the organisation towards greater customer focus.
“For many of our partners this change may feel quite natural – they already experience us as one Kiilto through our brand and the way we collaborate. In practice, this is primarily an internal change in how we organise our work — all aimed at strengthening the value we deliver to our customers” says Ville Solja, Chair of the Board.
Newly appointed CEO Anssi Asikainen embraces the change as a meaningful opportunity to drive growth and deepen customer focus.
“We look forward to continuing our journey together as one Kiilto. Our customers will benefit from a clearer structure and stronger collaboration across Kiilto, gaining the full benefit of one united Kiilto Group”, he says.
According to Asikainen, many things will also remain unchanged.

We continue serving all our customers with a trusted partnership, built locally and strengthened globally”, Asikainen continues.
At this stage, the change does not require any actions from our partners. Once the legal mergers become relevant, Kiilto will provide all needed information to ensure a smooth transition.
