Translate regulatory changes into business-relevant insights: Communicate legislative updates in a clear and understandable way to internal stakeholders. Support decision-making by required actions.
Follow and interpret Nordic Swan Ecolabel criteria: Stay up to date on changes to Swan labelling requirements, evaluate their impact on our product portfolio, and support teams in maintaining and achieving ecolabel certifications.
Develop and maintain regulatory roadmaps: Create roadmaps for upcoming regulatory milestones and compliance deadlines. Monitor progress and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
Support product compliance documentation: Support teams in preparing documents such as safety data sheets, declarations of conformity, and ecolabel documentation.

We value candidates with strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and the ability to communicate regulatory topics clearly across the organization. Experience in chemical legislation, sustainability requirements, or product compliance is required – at least one of these areas must be covered.
