Our B2B Sales is looking for a

Head of Sales for the Industrial Bonding Solutions business area

 

As a Head of Sales you will ensure the delivery of sales and profitability targets and be a key player in contribution and execution of our new strategy. 

You will work in close collaboration with our international sales teams, business area management and other internal key stakeholders. You will be in charge of developing and leading sales processes internationally. Besides this, you will be the leader of our domestic sales team (5 persons) for the industrial bonding solutions business. You will define and set the pricing guidelines in accordance with the company credit and commercial policies. You foster our business and customer-focused mindset with selected own key customer accounts. Together with company’s B2B marketing professionals you contribute to successful marketing planning and execution according to our marketing strategy in the business area. With the entire unit, your team and other internal key stakeholders you will also be a key contributor to Kiilto’s ambitious targets of growth and environmental leadership. 

You will report to the Business Area Director, Industrial Bonding Solutions. The preferred location for this position is Tampere region but you must be able and willing to travel. 

 

Background that would be the best fit for this job:

 

  • Master’s degree of engineering or business in the applicable field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience from relevant position in industrial business environment
  • A proven track record in the B2B sales development and driving growth 
  • Experience in working in an international environment
  • Demonstrated results in leading and coaching sales teams and developing competencies
  • Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English, other languages are considered an asset (Russian, Swedish or German).  
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate successfully 
  • Experience of industrial bonding applications would be an advantage
