A non-foaming, strongly alkaline clean-in-place detergent that enhances and speeds up the washing process by removing dirt and deposits more effectively than conventional lye washing. The reduced lye content also makes it quicker to flush and reduces the need to balance and neutralise the wash water. Optimal cleaning power is reached when the white water is between 40 and 60 °C.
