Kiilto Pro WRX 3070 is a very fast bonding reactive PVAc-dispersion adhesive with neutral pH. Suitable for veneering as well as foil lamination of solid wood, parquet, bathroom fixture, laminate and wood based boards with a hot press. Thanks to its D3 water resistance level, Kiilto Pro WRX 3070 is suitable for both interior and exterior applications that have repetitive short-term contact with water.

Can be stored in unopened containers, above +1 °C, for 4 months. After long storing, stir before use.

Instructions for use

Check that the joints fit well. Apply adhesive one-sided in an even layer. Assemble and press the parts together aiming at an even squeeze out for the whole length of the joint. The joints can be pressed with a cold, hot or high frequency press. The final strength and water resistance of the bond is reached within 7 days.

The open time of the adhesive depends on the amount of adhesive used (pine 12 % wood moisture, 23 °C, 50 % RH):
