In heavy-duty commercial dishwashing and glass washing applications operating for over 50 hours per week, choosing a reliable dual-pump is important. Kiilto Pro WD35 basic is a durable system ideally suited to detergent and rinse aid dosing in demanding professional kitchens.
The dosing system can be easily installed to small and medium size dishwashing machines, such as hood and conveyor machines. Single cable entry point or multiple entry points on request means installation can be adapted to different needs. Under the fixing bracket are edgeless squeeze rollers, making tube replacement safe and reducing replacement time.
Controlled by a powerful microprocessor, Kiilto Pro WD35 basic provides intuitive programming via a LED display – and has been designed with an auto-calibration technology which detects and maintains solution concentration using a conductivity sensor. Motor calibration routine allows for quantity of product dosed to be measured, not just time.
There are three different modes to choose from: Probe, Probeless and Simplified. The Probe mode is for sustaining the desired level of detergent concentration within the wash tank. The Probeless mode operates based on a predefined pump run time selected by the user and includes settings for both initial charge and recharge. Lastly, the Simplified mode consistently restores the system’s conductivity to its initial level, rendering it immune to daily variations in water hardness, contamination of the dishwashing equipment, or probe degradation.
The dosing system comes with a built-in Wi-Fi capability for connection to the SekoWeb online platform and smartphone app, which allows managers to view live and historical wash statistics and chemical consumption data at any time, from any location. This sets a new standard of operational efficiency.
In all the operating modes, the rinse pump can be set in SPEED, in TIME, in QUANTITY or in ON/OFF mode, and can also be set with a DELAY for the dosage start receipt of the signal. Kiilto Pro WD35 basic also features new patented SIMPLIFIED MODE, an auto calibrating dosing method for detergent adopting conductivity probe.
