The substrate must be dry, firm, even and free from dust and adhesion-impairing substances. Generally, levelling of concrete substrates with a suitable low-alkaline levelling compound from Kiilto is recommended.
Note! For areas with castor wheel traffic, the substrate should have a surface tensile strength > 1.0 MPa.
Suitable for gluing on top of a substrate of felt intended for use under textile covering. Always follow the flooring and underlayment manufacturer's recommended installation instructions.
Working method:
• Apply enough adhesive with a suitable notched trowel
• Install the covering after a short airing time and within half the working time for wet bonding.
• Roll/press the material firmly.
Note! Floor coverings of textile with structured backing should always be installed in working time wet bonding.
CLEANING
Fresh stains can be removed with water. Dried stains should be removed mechanically. Wet the stain with a strong alkaline cleaner or xylene, wait 5-10 minutes and gently rub the surface with a red pad, repeat treatment if necessary. Finish by rinsing the surface with clean water. Always follow the floor manufacturer’s care instructions.
The working times specified in this product sheet are based on laboratory tests at a temperature of +18-20°C and humidity of 50% RH. Note that drying times are affected by temperature and humidity. Variations in local working conditions and practices affect the product’s performance and results. We guarantee the high quality of our products according to our Quality Management System. We recommend using suitable protective gloves and goggles. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water.
