Water-based product giving fire protection property to plywood. The final product can reach B,s1,d0 fire classification. The product is indoor air quality M1 classified (tested on spruce plywood).

The product needs to be mixed before using and it is recommended to have a mixer in the container during usage. The machine and the equipment can be washed with water. Protect the product from freezing. The product is spread on a clean, dustless and sanded surface with a spray or a brush.
The product is designed for plywood where 180-235 g/m² of solution is applied on softwood and minimum of 250 g/m² on hardwood. Product can be sprayed on a sanded plywood. The product can pass EN 16755:2017 INT2. The product can be treated later with 100% UV-curing lacquer, wax or solvent-based paint. The product is mainly intended for industrial application. Two colors are available, red and uncolored. The uncolored product gives a yellow shade to the surface of spruce plywood which makes it recognizable from untreated products. With red color all treated products have distinct red color making it easy to recognize from untreated ones. Depending on the wood species and plywood thickness the needed application amount may vary, typically between 200-350 g/m² is needed to reach fire class B. Product specific testing is required.
Wash the machine and all the used tools with warm water.
