Materials to be used must be dust-free, dry and free from grease and oil. We recommend cleaning the surfaces with Kiilto Cleaner 303 and priming with Kiilto Primer or Kiilto Metalliprimer. Kiilto A 220 and Kiilto B 600 hardener is mixed in ratio 10:1 (weight parts). The adhesive is spread one-sided and surfaces are pressed together. On large surfaces we recommend using e.g. vacuum press. Uncured adhesive can be removed with xylene or acetone, cured adhesive only mechanically.
