Kestopur PL 250/60 gives a strong, yet an elastic bond. Due to its paste formula, it is ideal for trowel application for walls and ceilings. Used in conjunction with Kestopur 200/S hardener. Kestopur PL adhesives are fire classified according to IMO FTPC, Part 5 and have a MED certificate (Wheel-mark). Adhesive is compliant with Finnish Emission Classification of Building Materials (M1). Suitable for gluing of e.g. wood, plywood, metal, PVC, EPS (Styrox®), different types of insulation materials and concrete.

Unopened at +10–25 °C in a container (1000 l) for 6 months, in smaller containers 12 months. After long storing, stir before use.
The surfaces to be bonded must be clean and dry. Remove oxides by sanding, grease etc. dirt with a cleaner. First stir Kestopur PL 250/60 resin. Then add the hardener carefully stirring. Apply the adhesive using a roller, spatula or other application tool on one or both sides of the materials to be bonded. Remove fresh adhesive stains using a dry cloth and clean the surfaces with Kestopur Cleaner 300, 302 or acetone. Cured adhesive can only be removed by mechanical means. We recommend gluing at room temperature. Gluing at a lower temperature is possible ( even +5–10 °C), but will lead to weaker spreading properties and to significantly slower curing process.
