The surfaces to be bonded must be clean and dry. Remove oxides by sanding, grease etc. dirt with Kiilto Cleaner 303. First stir Kestopur PL 250/40 resin. Then add the hardener carefully stirring. Apply the adhesive using a roller, spatula or other application tool on one or both sides of the materials to be bonded. Remove fresh adhesive stains with a dry cloth and clean the surfaces with Kestopur Cleaner 302, acetone or xylen. Cured adhesive can be removed only by mechanically means. We recommend gluing at room temperature. Gluing at a lower temperature is possible ( even +5–10 °C), but will lead to weaker spreading properties and to significantly slower curing process.
