Application

Kestopur CR 100 is a two-component, solvent-free, polyurethane elastomer. Used in conjunction with Kestopur 200/S hardener. Kestopur CR 100 is suitable to be used e.g. as casting resin for concrete casts as well as for elastic bondings and castings. Can be used also as a binder for rubber crumb.

Instructions for use

The surfaces to be bonded or mold must be clean and dry. If needed, remove oxidations, grease and other impurities using solvent or by sanding. First stir the resin and then add the hardener and stir until the mixture is evenly coloured. Apply the mixture with an appropriate two-component applicator or by hand in the cast. Remove fresh adhesive stains with a dry cloth and clean the surfaces with acetone or xylene. Hardened adhesive can only be removed by mechanical means. We recommend casting at room temperature. However, it can be carried out at lower temperatures (even at +5–10°C), but then the curing time will be much longer and spreading/filling properties will suffer.

Environment and safety
