Materials
Kestopur A2F 130 gives a strong, yet elastic bond. Purpose-designed for the gluing of mineral and glass wool. Suitable for the gluing of e.g. metals, insulation materials and fibre composite. Kestopur A2F 130 is used in conjunction with Kestopur 200/F hardener. Kestopur A2F 130 is suitable for manufacturing EN 13501 A2-classified sandwich elements on continuous press lines equipped with automatic applicator for two-component adhesives.

The surfaces to be bonded must be clean and dry. Remove oxides by sanding, and grease and other dirt with Kiilto Cleaner 303. The properly cleaned surface can be sanded and then primed to improve adhesion. Remove sanding dust carefully before gluing. Stir Kestopur A2F 130 resin carefully before use. Add Kestopur 200/F hardener to the resin and mix to get a smooth mixture and even colour. Apply the adhesive on one or both sides of the materials to be bonded using suitable equipment. Remove fresh adhesive stains with a dry cloth and wipe the surface with Kiilto Cleaner 303 or Kiilto Cleaner 200. Hardened adhesive can only be removed by mechanical means. We recommend using Kestopur adhesives at normal room temperature. However, gluing can be carried out at lower temperatures (even at +10 °C), but then the curing time will be longer and the adhesive's spreading properties will suffer.
