Kestopur 600/10 T is a 2-component, solvent-free PU adhesive with viscosity build-up after mixing. Gives a strong bond. Kestopur 600/10 T is ideal for automatic application. Used in conjunction with Kestopur 200/S hardener. Kestopur 600/10 T is suitable for gluing of e.g. wood, paper and different types of metals as well as filter materials.

Unopened at +10–25 °C for 6 months. Stir well before use.
The surfaces to be bonded must be clean and dry. Remove oxides by sanding, grease etc. dirt with a cleaner. Stir Kestopur resin and add hardener by automatic equipment. Apply the adhesive with a spreading machine on one of the surfaces to be bonded. Resin/hardener mix is fluid after mixing, but after around 15 sec its consistency becomes "butter-like" and stays on vertical surfaces without dripping. Remove fresh adhesive stains with a dry cloth and clean the surfaces with acetone or xylene. Cured adhesive can be removed only by mechanical means. We recommend using adhesive at room temperature. However, the gluing can be carried out at lower temperatures (even at +5–10°C), but then the curing time will be much longer and spreading properties will suffer.
