Instructions for use

The surfaces to be bonded must be clean and dry Remove oxides by sanding, grease etc. dirt with a cleaner. Stir resin properly before use. Resin must be stirred continuously during the work with e.g. container mixer. Add hardener to resin and stir properly. Apply adhesive with a suitable spreading equipment. We recommend cooling of the mixer and the spreader so that the temperature of the adhesive is max. 15 °C. If the work is paused, start rinsing the mixer within 30 sec after the flow is stopped. Remove fresh adhesive stains with a dry cloth and clean the surfaces with Kiilto 302 Cleaner or acetone. Cured adhesive can be removed only by mechanical means. We recommend gluing at room temperature. Gluing can be carried out at below room temperature (+5–10 °C), but the hardening process will be slower and application may be affected. In higher temperature (above 23 °C) the hardening will be faster and open time shorter.
