Kestopur 300/150 is a 2-component polyurethane adhesive which gives a strong, yet an elastic bond. Used in conjunction with Kestopur 200/S -hardener. Kestopur 300/150 is suitable for gluing of e.g. plasticised PVC, PC, EPS, ABS, high pressure laminate and fiber composite and metals. Preliminary adhesion tests must be carried out prior to full scale application to ensure proper adhesion. Due to low viscosity and slowness, Kestopur 300/150 is ideal also for manual application.

Unopened at +10–25 °C for 12 months. Clear or yellowish liquid will be separated from the resin while storing, so mix the product well before use.
The surfaces to be bonded must be clean and dry. Remove oxides by sanding, grease etc. dirt with a cleaner. First, stir Kestopur 300/150 -resin properly. If stored in a container, product needs to be stirred continuously. Use a container mixer or back flow. Add Kestopur 200/S -hardener to the resin by mixing properly. Apply the adhesive on one or both sides of the materials to be bonded with a suitable equipment. Remove fresh adhesive stains with a dry cloth and clean the surfaces with acetone or xylene. Cured adhesive can be removed only by mechanical means. We recommend using adhesive at room temperature. Gluing can be carried out at below room temperature (even at +10 °C), but the hardening process will be slower and application may be affected.
