The pot-life of the 2-component mixture is max. 120 min (+20 °C).
Short, less than 5 minutes.
The roller time of the mixture is 60–90 min.
60 - 150 g/m² depending on the application.
The pressing time in foil coating is short. When using a wood press, the pressing time is 1-10 minutes depending on the materials, the amount of adhesive and the temperature of the press.
0.1 - 0.5 N/mm² depending on application

In unopened containers, above +1 °C, for 12 months. After long storing, stir before use.
When used as a 2-component adhesive: Add 2–3 weight parts of Hardener D to 100 weight parts of Kestokol 98 by mixing carefully. If the pot-life is exceeded, the mixture starts to foam. New mixture can be added into an older mixture within the pot-life. When used as a 1-component adhesive, the adhesive is ready for use.
Apply adhesive in a uniform coat. Surfaces to be bonded must be free from dust, grease etc. The adhesive can be applied either on the foil or board. After the application of adhesive the foil should be immediately pressed. Use a roller or wood press for clamping the materials together. Since it is crucial that all air is pressed out of the bond we recommend using roller press. If using a level press, the surface must be rolled first to get the air out Extra heat, max. + 40 °C, may be used to shorten the curing time
