The product is a high-viscous release agent that prevents overflow adhesion to the press plates. The product is a wax emulsion. Does not contain silicone or oil. After drying the film resists dirt. Kesto Trennmittel 2000 does not impair metal- or rubber surfaces or affect the following coating work, e.g. lacquering.

In unopened containers at +20 °C for 24 months.
Apply an even, thin layer of Kesto Trennmittel 2000 on the press plate surfaces using a spatula or a fibre cloth. Allow to dry over night. If needed, shorten the curing time by heating the pressing plates up to +60 °C. If the release agent remains liquid while pressing, it might absorb into the surface and impede the after-treatment.
