Solutions Manager, Healthcare

 

As a Solutions Manager you will be responsible for leading business and solutions development in the Healthcare segment to create and commercialise the optimal mix of products and services across Kiilto’s markets in the Nordic countries, the Baltics and Russia. This includes supporting market growth, profitability, and planning of long-term development strategies. The main goal of the position is to create innovative, valuable, and profitable solutions which generate customer value.

As a Solutions Manager in Healthcare, you will take full ownership of Healthcare solutions and have an overview of product and service offerings within healthcare. To succeed in this position, you must understand the Healthcare environment and be able to collect and analyse data and insights from internal and external networks, in order to determine hygiene trends and market demands in the healthcare industry. In addition, you will spend a substantial amount of your time on cross-functional projects and creating go-to-market plans in order to launch competitive new solutions on the market and further develop existing solutions offerings. You are an inquisitive and solution-oriented person who enjoys problem solving and seeking new ways of working. 

A Solutions Manager is part of the Solutions Management team, which supports local sales organisations in all our markets. It is a team that meets regularly for knowledge sharing and strategy development. You will report to the Head of Solutions Management. The preferred location for this position is the Tampere, Turku or Helsinki region (Finland), Stockholm (Sweden), Asker (Norway) or Assens (Denmark), but you must be able and willing to travel.  

Background that would be the best fit for this job:

  • Relevant university degree (M. Sc. Economics, M.Sc. (Tech) or other relevant education) combined with 5+ years of relevant B2B experience in Solutions Management/Business Development 
  • 5+ years experience in the healthcare industry and hygiene industry would be an advantage
  • Experience of developing new businesses based on innovative solutions, such as digital services and go-to-market planning in support of market growth
  • A proven track record in launching successful solutions on the market, including leadership of project teams working across the organisation
  • Experience of a similar independent role in an international organisation would be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Written and spoken fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages
