We are looking for a Marketing Director

Are you ready to shape the future of B2B marketing in an innovative, international company committed to sustainability and long-term impact? Kiilto is seeking a visionary Marketing Director to drive our B2B brands, customer experience, and growth across multiple business areas and markets.

Your Role

As Marketing Director, you will:

  • Set the group-level B2B marketing and brand strategy for Kiilto Master Brand and Kiilto Pro Brand, defining clear objectives, frameworks, and boundaries for all business areas.
  • Be accountable for B2B brand management and customer experience (CX) development at the strategic level, ensuring all marketing activities align with Kiilto’s values and long-term business goals.
  • Own and harmonize marketing processes and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, D365, website) across business areas, acting as the process owner and ensuring best practices and efficient tool use.
  • Lead and develop the international marketing community, including Marketing Managers, by setting capability development agendas, sharing best practices, and fostering collaboration.
  • Initiate and oversee group-level growth programs (e.g., new market entry, major go-to-market strategies), providing direction and support for business area marketing teams.
  • Champion the use of advanced analytics, digital marketing, and innovative tools to position marketing as a growth engine and competitive advantage.
  • Embed Kiilto’s brand core elements—environmental leadership, closeness, and commitment to the future—into all marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee group-level marketing KPIs and reporting, ensuring consistency and transparency across business areas.
  • Report to the company Deputy CEO.
  • Be located in one of the following areas: the Helsinki, Tampere, Malmö, Stockholm, or Oslo metropolitan regions; Örnsköldsvik, Sweden; or Assens, Denmark.

What We Expect

  • Master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading strategic and tactical B2B marketing, brand strategy, and customer experience in an international environment.
  • Strong competence in process development, digital marketing platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence, coaching, and capability development.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills in English; other languages are an asset.
