Our Supply Chain team is looking for a Purchasing Manager (Contract manufacturing) to work in Malmö, Sweden

As a leading supplier of hygienic solutions in the Nordic region, Kiilto is now seeking a talented 

PURCHASING MANAGER (CONTRACT MANUFACTURING)

for its group supply chain team. 

 

You will be in charge of purchasing in the contract manufacturing category and lead the related development projects in Scandinavia. You will develop, lead and execute the purchasing strategy and independently take charge of sourcing new contract manufacturers, the negotiation of contracts and commercial conditions, and close cooperation with current contract manufacturers.

As an integral part of your duties, you will track and report key functional metrics in order to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. You will also be responsible for assessing, managing and mitigating risks related to the category. You will contribute your input and expertise to the renewal of our purchase processes and to continuous development. You will work closely with R&D, supply chain, quality as well as the commercial team at Kiilto.

 

To be successful in this role we believe that you:

  • Expert knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, and production processes
  • Experience from a purchasing position in an international context
  • Have a higher degree in e.g. technology, business administration or economics, and several years of experience of international purchasing
  • Strong interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proven analytical skills
  • The ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Fluent communication in English. Swedish and Finnish would be considered an asset

You will be a part of the Supply chain team and report to the Supply Chain Director in Finland. This is a new position in Kiilto which means that you, within given framework have the opportunity to build the position together with you manager. You will be located in Malmö.
