We are currently looking for a Controller, Development who is excited about change and building something new to join Kiilto’s Controller team. In this role, you will be responsible for business reporting data structures and reporting data governance, ensuring consistency, accuracy and usability of the reporting data. You will also be responsible for continuous reporting development, including reporting models, structures, and analytics foundations. In addition, you will play an important role in an upcoming ERP transformation project by participating in the planning of the change initiative. You will work closely with different business areas and functions both in Finland and internationally. The work location is in Lempäälä, Helsinki or Turku with flexible remote working practices. You will report to the Head of Business Controlling.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ownership of business reporting data structures
- Finance master data and reporting structure (data stewardship)
- Ownership of continuous reporting development, including reporting models, structures, and analytics foundations
- Acting as the main user and development owner of the BI tool
- Ensuring data consistency between business systems and BI tool
- Governance of product costing and transfer pricing data
- Applying new analytics solutions and ways of working (including AI, data security, and advanced analytics) to support financial management and controlling
- Finance and controlling development support, participating in ERP, data management, and finance transformation projects
We expect you to have:
- Previous experience working in finance functions and change projects
- A proactive, analytical, and independent working style, along with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and BI/analytics tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Fabric), along with a strong understanding of data management, data architecture, and related processes
- The ability to engage stakeholders to utilize data in line with the target state and the capability to communicate fluently with business representatives
- Fluency in English, and Finnish language skills are considered an asset
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Additionally, we consider it an advantage if you have:
- Experience in data governance
- Experience in modern data platforms
- Relevant educational background
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
