Do you have a passion for business development, a sharp understanding of market direction, and the ambition to grow a meaningful and sustainable offering for floor construction? Join Kiilto’s Construction Business Area and help build complete flooring systems from subfloor to surface across the Nordics and Baltics.
We are now looking for a Business Development Manager, Flooring Solutions, Construction Business Area
This is a great opportunity to join a growing international group. Kiilto’s Construction business currently operates in Finland, Sweden, the Baltics and Ukraine. Our flooring portfolio covers the entire value chain from subfloor to surface, ensuring a complete and cohesive set of solutions for our customers. Total turnover in 2025 was approximately EUR 70 million. The preferred locations for the position are the Tampere or Helsinki regions (Finland), the Stockholm or Örnsköldsvik regions (Sweden), or the Tallinn region (Estonia).
Role overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will lead the strategic development and portfolio management of the Flooring segment, including our Floor as a Service business in Sweden. You will also identify new business growth opportunities. You share our ambition to build a more sustainable business model — one that reduces environmental impact and actively promotes circular economy practices. You will steer the cross-functional development group and work closely with Sales, Product Management, Research, Development & Innovation, and Marketing to turn ideas into commercially successful solutions. As the driver of our Flooring segment, your work will be varied, fast‑paced and highly collaborative.
In this role you are not directly responsible for sales, but you will contribute to it through your work. You will continuously gather, analyze and distribute market intelligence to ensure informed decision-making within the organization. You will strengthen the commercial performance of the portfolio by defining compelling value propositions, refining product positioning and developing impactful sales arguments. You will work closely with Business Area Marketing to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
You will be a member of the Construction Solutions team and will report to the Head of Solutions. The role includes regular travel within at least the Nordic and Baltic countries.
