Kiilto Pro Washbasic L/LL/LLL dosing units are suitable for automated dosing of textile washing detergents for washing e.g. mops and other cleaning textiles in washer-extractors. The dosing unit ensures correct dosing in the correct wash program, eliminating the need for the user to do this by themselves.
Kiilto Pro Washbasic L/LL/LLL are compatible with any Kiilto Pro all-purpose cleaners and textile washing detergents which are suitable for machine washing of textiles. The dosing can be programmed to last as long as necessary, despite the length of the control signal, and the signal can be also set to lock after a certain time period. More dosing is not possible while the signal is locked.
Programming and adjustment of settings is done digitally, allowing specific parameters for a specific purpose. Particularly when dealing with multiple types or concentrations of detergents to meet various cleaning requirements, reliable triple-pump is essential.
Kiilto Pro WashBasic is a proven chemical dispensing system that fits this need. It’s cost effective with a small footprint, making it the perfect fit for OPL applications.
The dosing device has been developed to be used in small on-premise laundry settings, where dispensing one, two or three liquid detergents is required for washer extractors with a capacity of up to 30 kg. Detergents can be dosed into the washer directly by a trigger signal or manually by the user. Activating the unit dispensing can also be achieved using a remote switch.
Kiilto Pro WashBasic features an intuitive calibration method, allowing the user to precisely select the dosing quantity. The pumps are independently programmable, and delay and lockout times can also be fully programmed. A unique “Product Lockout” function enables regulating product consumption and costs.
The dosing device has two working modes: signal/pumps or sequential. It also features three inputs as warning alarm for out-of-product sensors and a relay output is available to activate an external device in case of alarm. Optional flushing manifold available with integrated water valve.
The dosing device boasts a versatile power compatibility, operating within the range of 100 to 240 Volts AC and supporting both 50 and 60 Hertz frequencies. With a low power consumption of just 40 Watts, it efficiently manages resources. The device offers a consistent flow rate of 250 millilitres per minute when using correct tubing , ensuring accurate dosing. Additionally, it maintains a stable pressure of 0.1 bar (1.5 psi), guaranteeing reliable performance in various laundry applications.
