The reagent pad of the test strip reacts with protein, causing a colour reaction. The result is obtained quickly so that cleaning can be repeated before using the surface.

Room temperature. Shelf life 2 years.
Dampen the sample area to be tested (approx. 10x10 cm) by spraying clean water from a spray bottle a few times. Wipe the test area with a sample strip first horizontally from side to side, then vertically from side to side. Read the result after 30 seconds and evaluate it according to the table in the package. The result remains unchanged for approx. 30 minutes.
If the perforated area of the strip turns yellow, the surface is clean. If the colour turns green or blue, the tested surface is not clean. The darker the colour turns, the more protein there is at the sampled site.
There is no threshold for protein impurities; the user evaluates the critical cleanliness level for the site.
The strip can be disposed of as combustible waste.
The membrane of the reagent strip is unidirectional, so there is no contamination. The surface is clean immediately after sampling.
