Foamico Mobile Main Station MO 01-27-4 X-air is a single and independent mobile cleaning device for one user.

A reliable, mobile cleaning device makes cleaning efficient even in large spaces. Foamico Mobile Main Station MO 01-27-4 X-air has a smart design that allows handling of three chemicals while ensuring effortless operation. It doesn’t have separate controls for turning the air on or off. Instead, all functions are controlled by a single handle located on the side of the unit, which makes operating it incredibly straightforward and maintenance requirements low.

The industrial mobile main station is equipped with the finest energy-optimized motor technology, boasting unparalleled efficiency. Additionally, it features a built-in display that allows users to access various data points effortlessly. This feature simplifies fault detection for operators and maintenance personnel, such as identifying issues like low water pressure, ensuring seamless operation. The intelligent design also facilitates convenient access to the station, streamlining service and maintenance tasks.

The pump is frequency controlled and programmed to increase the inlet water pressure up to 27 bar. Energy consumption is minimized by controlling the pressure through the build-in PI regulator.

The Next technology enables the integration of three distinct cleaning detergents within a single injector block, requiring only one outlet and no additional valves. Its seamless mechanical switch between all functions makes the equipment unrivalled in terms of reliability, user-friendliness, and durability. One handle and one outlet for four separate steps of cleaning ensures that the user can fully focus on the cleaning task rather than worrying about how the satellite is operated.

Only high-quality materials are used in the station, ensuring high reliability. The majority of its components are crafted from high-grade stainless steel to expand the lifetime of the mobile station significantly. The extended lifespan of the product contributes to a decreased environmental footprint overall.

The station is designed with a mixing chamber to guarantee the ideal blending of water, chemicals, and air, resulting in the highest quality foam achievable. The unique “High Impact” rinsing nozzle makes rinsing application up to 25 % more efficient due to less pressure loss. This is equivalent to saving both water and man-hours.

The station is available as rinse/foam only. It has the option for compressor on board, or external air connection. Optional accessories also include Foamico standard hose, low pressure valve, low pressure gun and a hose holder.
