Application

Kiilto Pro W 3035 is a non-discolouring reactive PVAc-dispersion. adhesive, which is well suited for veneering as well as massive wood, parquet, bathroom furniture, laminate gluing and foil lamination of wood based boards with a hot press. Due to its D3 durability class, Kiilto Pro W 3035 -adhesive can be used for interior applications that have frequent exposure to high humidity, or running or condensation water, or for exterior applications which are not exposed to weather

Storage

In unopened containers, above +1 °C, for 12 months. After long storing, stir before use.

Instructions for use

Check that the joints fit well. Apply adhesive one sided evenly. Assemble and press the parts together aiming at an even squeeze out for the whole length of the joint. The joints can be pressed in a hot or high frequency press. The final strength and water resistance of the bond is reached within 7 days.

With some wood types the adhesive’s acidity may cause discolouration in the adhesive bond. If in contact with iron, some discolouration in the adhesive bond may occur.

The consumption affects the open time of the adhesive as follows (pine, 12 % wood moisture, 23 °C, 50 % RH):
