The product has been specially designed for vegetable protein, oat based products and for other challenging washing applications. It contains very good soil resistance and low foaming.
Product effectively emulsifies grease, protein and starch spoon. E.g, oats contains plenty of starch, in which traditional CIP and surface cleaning detergents doesn't effect well enough. Contains a lot of environmentally friendly complexing agents.
