Silyl modified adhesive sealant
Kiilto N10 is a one-component adhesive sealant for gluing and sealing metal, glass fiber and different types of plastics in the transport industry.

One-component Kiilto N10 is a fast bonding and elastic adhesive sealant based on new polymer technology. It is suitable for gluing and sealing various materials (e.g. welding seams) in demanding structural bondings that require fast curing. Typical applications include truck bodies, mobile homes, buses and trains. Good adhesion on various stones, concrete, most metals, wood, glass and glazed surfaces as well as epoxy and polyester surfaces. For use on plastic and rubber preliminary adhesive tests are recommended prior to actual use. Excellent adhesion to different materials - no need for priming in most cases. Very elastic, yet mechanically strong bond. Almost odourless. Almost non-shrinking. Paintable with most water-based paints (always test before use).

Materials being used must be dust-free, dry and free from grease and oil. For the best results, clean metal surfaces with Kiilto Cleaner 303 and then prime with Kiilto Metalliprimer. The adhesive is spread on the surface and smoothed with a trowel, if needed. When gluing large uniform surfaces or surfaces in very dry conditions, we suggest spraying lightly with water (approx. 5–10 g/m²). Close the package carefully after use. Uncured adhesive can be removed using Kiilto Cleaner 303 or acetone, cured adhesive only mechanically.
