Kiilto Kosteussulku moisture barrier for the sealing of walls to be tiled. Suitable for walls outside the splash area in wet rooms or walls in the utility room and kitchen. Eurofins Product Certificate C51/99.


Product Information

Kiilto Kosteussulku moisture barrier prevents room air moisture from infiltrating the building structures (not designed to prevent structural moisture and rising damp). The substrate must be clean, dry and free of dust. We recommend waterproofing wet area floors and walls with Kiilto waterproofing membranes. See specific instructions.

Instructions and Safety
Instructions for use

Shake the product before use. Apply the first coat of diluted Kiilto Kosteussulku (diluted with water 1:1) by using a paint roller or a brush. Allow to dry for 1–2 hours, and apply the second coat using undiluted Kiilto Kosteussulku. Allow to dry, preferably overnight, and then start tiling the dry surface by using Kiilto tiling adhesive or adhesive for ceramic tiles.
