Kiilto Cleaner 300
Effective cleaner for two-component adhesive application equipment and nozzles.
Kiilto Cleaner 300 is a hydrophilic cleaner with semi-fast/slow evaporation properties. Kiilto Cleaner 300's special features are efficiency, low toxicity and high boiling point. It is used for the cleaning of nozzles and mixers of two-component PU-adhesive application equipment. Suitable also for removing fresh adhesive stains and splashes.

Unopened at +10–25 °C for 18 months. Do not store in a fibreglass container.
Kiilto Cleaner 300 is used as it comes, with no thinning. For removing stubborn dirt, let the cleaner take effect longer on the surface. Parts to be cleaned can also be immersed in Kiilto Cleaner 300. Note that when using Kiilto Cleaner 300 for the cleaning of mixers of two-component PU-adhesives, the container must be of EPM rubber or polytetrafluoroethylene (e.g. Teflon®). Other materials may swell and brittle with time.
Note, the cleaner is reactive with the isocyanate hardener. In a case of very large amount of hardener in the cleaner, the reaction might be so vigorous that the mixture will heat up remarkably. The cleaner which has been used to rinse the production line is recommended to store in open vessel for 24 hours. If cleaner/ excessive hardener mixture contains also resin, the mixture starts to form expanding polyurethane foam.
