Instructions for use

Materials to be glued must be dust-free, dry and free from grease and oil. We recommend cleaning metal surfaces with Kiilto Cleaner 303 and priming with Kiilto Primer or Kiiltoflex Metalliprimer. Prior to work, ensure that the materials to be bonded are prepared correctly for gluing. Kiiltoflex A 215 and Kiiltoflex B 615 hardener are mixed in a ratio 10:1 (weight parts). The adhesive is spread one-sided and surfaces are pressed together. On large surfaces we recommend using e.g. a vacuum press. Uncured adhesive can be removed with xylene or acetone, cured adhesive only by mechanical means.
