Materials to be glued must be dust-free, dry and free from grease and oil. We recommend wiping metal surfaces with Kiilto Cleaner 303 and priming with Kiilto Primer. Kiilto A 200 and Kiilto B 600 hardener are mixed in a ratio 10:1 (weight parts). The adhesive is spread one-sided and surfaces are pressed together. On large surfaces we recommend using e.g. a vacuum press. Uncured adhesive can be removed with xylene or acetone, cured adhesive only by mechanical means.
