Application

Kestokol 33 is a multipurpose PVAc dispersion adhesive for the carpentry industry. Kestokol 33 is used as a fast adhesive for assembly, laminate, lath and veneer gluing. Due to the D2 classification Kestokol 33 can be used indoors, in glued joints which are in contact with water or moisture only for short periods of time.

Storage

In unopened containers, above +1 °C, for 12 months. After long storing, stir before use.

Instructions for use

Check that the joints fit well. Apply adhesive evenly on one side. Assemble and press the parts together aiming at an even squeeze out for the whole length of the joint. The joints can be pressed in a cold, hot or high frequency press. A higher temperature shortens the required pressing time. The final strength of the bond is reached within 7 days.

If in contact with iron, some discolouration in the adhesive bond may occur.
