Application

Kestokol D 313/UV is a reactive PVAC dispersion adhesive, which results in a completely clear and colourless bond line with all wood types, and is well suited for massive wood, bathroom furniture, laminate gluing as well as for finger jointing. Due to its D3 durability class, Kestokol D 313/UV -adhesive can be used for interior applications that have frequent exposure to high humidity, or running or condensation water, or for exterior applications which are not exposed to weather.

Storage

In unopened containers, above +1 °C, for 5 months. After long storing, stir before use.

Instructions for use

Check that the joints fit well. Apply adhesive evenly on one side. Assemble and press the parts together aiming at an even squeeze out for the whole length of the joint. The joints can be pressed in a cold, hot or high frequency press. The final strength and water resistance of the bond is reached within 7 days.

The consumption affects the open time of the adhesive as follows (pine, 12 % wood moisture, 23 °C, 50 % RH):
