Keernaliima core adhesive fast is a fully inorganic, non-combustible adhesive. It is used for core mouldings in the foundry industry and for insulation of fire doors in the building and joinery industry. The product has a fire classification according to “Determination of calorific value according to ISO 1716 and CEN/TC/Ad hoc, 1/N142 IMO FTPC PART 5 – TEST FOR SURFACE FLAMMABILITY (IMO RESOLUTION MSC. 61 (67) PART 5). TEST PROCEDURE IMO RESOLUTION A. 653 (16) (VTT Building Technology)”.

Instructions for use

Use the wet bonding method: the parts to be bonded are pressed together immediately after adhesive application. In door manufacture: Apply the adhesive on one or both sides of the materials to be bonded. Product is alkaline and corrosive. It may react with some metals generating inflammable hydrogen gas.
