F 54 Facip is a wide-range CIP detergent for use in the food industry. A low-foaming product that facilitates rinsing and improves washing performance under high turbulence conditions. The alkalines break down the soil into soluble and miscible substances and the surfactants emulsify fatty and protein substances. The product has good soil release properties.
F 54 Facip allows for reduced acid washing and works at lower temperatures. In addition, the product reduces the formation of precipitates caused by the hardness of the water.

Recommended dosage:
Circulate washing of pipes: 0.4 - 1.5%
Circulate washing of disc equipment: 0.7 - 2.0%
Circulate washing of evaporators: 2.0 - 3.0%
Surfactants in the product are biodegradable. Clean, empty packaging materials can be recycled environmental safety or used in energy production.
Not recommended for aluminum or painted surfaces.
