Our Solutions Management team is now looking for a
Solutions Manager, Foodservice
As a Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for leading business and solutions development for the Foodservice segment, to create and commercialize the optimal mix of products and services across Kiilto’s markets in the Nordic countries, the Baltics and Russia. Foodservice operators prepare and serve food outside the home. Foodservice customers include hotels, restaurants, cafes, cruise ships and public-sector actors (e.g. schools, kindergartens, hospitals and canteens). So a large part of Kiilto’s Foodservice operations involves understanding the work of professional kitchens. Your task will be to create value for the customer and play an important role in sales activities, contributing to the optimisation of the customer’s processes and providing technical support and service.
You will take full ownership of the Foodservice solutions and ensure an overview of product and service offerings for the market. You will also have ownership of the Foodservice product category, making sure that all products are as profitable as possible, and adjust the portfolio accordingly. You will manage the product pipeline to ensure timely launches and relevant diversification of the product offering across all locations. In addition, you will collect and analyse data and insights from internal and external networks, to determine industry trends and market demand. You will spend a substantial amount of your time leading cross-functional projects and creating go-to-market plans to both launch competitive new solutions (products and services) on the market and further develop the existing portfolio together with RDI and Sales Support.
A Solutions Manager is part of the Solutions Management team that supports local sales organisations in all our markets. It is a team that meets regularly for knowledge sharing and strategy development. You will report to the Head of Solutions Management. The preferred location for this position is the Tampere, Turku or Helsinki region, but you must be able and willing to travel.
A person with the following background would be the best fit for this job:
- A Bachelor’s-level degree in a relevant subject
- Experience of a similar position, with an emphasis on foodservice
- Knowledge of Foodservice cleaning and hygiene procedures
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Proactive/self-driven work habits, and good people and team working skills
- A curious mindset with eagerness to learn
- Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English
