We are looking for a

QA and Regulatory Affairs Manager

for the Professional Hygiene business area

 

In this joint QA/RA role, you will be responsible for target setting, maintenance and follow-up of QA activities in KiiltoClean AB and our newly acquired Svenska Diskbolaget plant in Svedala as well as in our contract manufacturing partners. In setting up and maintaining the ISO 9001 quality system in our company, you will perform internal and supplier audits and management reviews and ensure compliance with our process documentation and complaint handling procedures. Together with other colleagues, you will also bring your expertise to quality control coordination in our manufacturing plant with about 10 employees. 

You will manage regulatory processes at group level and be the contact person in regulatory questions regarding our products. You ensure compliance of biocidal products placed on the market with relevant national or regional regulations as well as CLP compliance especially in Sweden and Norway.  You will do this in close cooperation with our group’s other regulatory experts. You have knowledge of chemical legislation standards and other relevant guidelines and are able to assess their impact for our needs. 

In this newly established position, you will work internationally in close collaboration with our global QA and regulatory professionals in other sites and other key stakeholders, applying best practices. You will report to the group Research, Development and Innovation Director. The location of this position is in Malmö but you must be willing and able to travel. 

 

Background that would be the best fit for this job:

  • Minimum of a B.Sc. in e.g. biology, chemistry or pharmacy
  • Minimum of five years of experience in accomplishing QA/QC actions and procedures in an industrial environment
  • Experience of working with ISO 9001
  • Sufficient knowledge of registering biocidal products in Europe under BPR
  • Basic knowledge on Medical Device Regulation is considered an asset
  • Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English
  • Structured way of working and ability to manage projects within deadlines
  • Team working spirit
