We are looking for a PIM Specialist

We are looking for a PIM Specialist (fixed term, Finnish speaker) until March 2025 to help us maintain and improve our product information management (PIM) process in all categories in the KiiltoClean Oy/Consumer Goods business unit. You task will be creating, updating and editing product data in various ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.   

The role  

Your main responsibility is to develop our PIM process, create, update, and edit product data in various ERP systems, following data standards and best practices within the Consumer Business area internally together with internal and external stakeholders (GS1). Working with Brand Managers, you ensure flawless product information data in internal and external systems. You also ensure that the product information processes of the company and the business unit proceed according to the targets. You will follow up and analyse consumer, market and competitor information, especially product information design and quality in different systems and digital channels. You will also maintain customer pricelists in our systems and take care of credit notes when necessary.  

You will also take part in the general business development of the business unit, working with other teams. You will be part of the Kiilto international marketing team and work closely with our internal sales team and other internal stakeholders to understand and meet their data needs and expectations.  You will also be supported by the brand team, which includes the Head of Marketing and Brand Managers from each of our categories. The position is based in Helsinki. You will report to the Head of Marketing, Consumer Goods.

This ensures the accuracy and completeness of product information. You also identify and resolve data quality problems, such as inconsistencies, inaccuracies or duplicates. You can generate and propose innovative ideas and improvements for the PIM system.  

Other requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT or a related field  
  • At least two years of experience in product information management, data management or e-commerce  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools  
  • Familiar with ERP systems GS1/ Synkka and PIM platforms   
  • Fluent English and Finnish
