We are looking for a Marketing Specialist, based in Sweden

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist responsible for the marketing activities in our Construction and Industrial Adhesives business areas. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and executing marketing activities for the Swedish market. To achieve this goal, you will have the opportunity to work with an international team of marketeers while maintaining close relationships with your Swedish colleagues from sales and product development. You will also have an opportunity to develop our way of working around marketing and accomplish tangible results in increasing Kiilto's brand awareness in Sweden.  

We work in a matrix organization, and you’ll report to Head of Group Marketing in Finland, with a dotted line to the CEO of Kiilto AB in administrative topics. Your closest coworkers are sales and product managers in Sweden.  

The location of the position is Örnsköldsvik, Stockholm or Svedala. 

Your main responsibilities include 

  • Increasing Kiilto and Kiilto Pro brand awareness and engagement in Sweden – There are significant opportunities in building Kiilto’s awareness amongst our target groups in Sweden. You can help by increasing visibility and launching new products for the Swedish market. 
  • Creating and executing marketing plan & budget – Solid plans help us to focus on the essentials. Marketing is a crucial part in achieving business strategy and sales targets. Even if this is a big task, don’t worry! You will not be alone; the whole marketing organization is there to help you.   
  • Defining target groups and customer-centric value propositions – We don’t sell products, we provide value for customers. This includes listening to the pain points of different customers. This is done in collaboration with sales and product managers.  
  • Creating marketing campaigns and producing needed marketing materials – After planning it’s time to execute. As a skilful marketeer you know what can be done and how it’s done. It’s great that you can create most of the materials yourself, but you may also use external partners as needed.  
  • Developing digital marketing across various channels – Let’s reach our customers where they are and give them new ideas even before they realize to ask for them. There are great opportunities to grow our digital presence and develop our automation processes.  

You will be a perfect fit for the Kiilto community if you have most of the following strengths:     

  • Experience in marketing planning and execution – You have previous experience in planning and executing various marketing activities supporting business strategy. You are well on top how to execute and bring marketing campaigns live and target them rightly utilizing various channels. You are customed to run several marketing projects with good project management skills. 
  • Digital marketing skills – You have good understanding of the possibilities digital channels can provide in reaching our customers and stakeholders in Sweden. You are accustomed to utilizing various social media channels to reach the right target audience.  
  • Experience in B2B – You have previous experience within the business-to-business environment. Knowledge of the construction industry and / or industrial operators in general as well as a good understanding of the needs of their various stakeholders' value chains is a benefit.    
  • A customer-oriented mindset – We are here for our customers, and our goal is to ensure we reach our company target of providing the best customer experience in the industry with up-to-date data and value adding information.   
  • Building collaborative relationships – We work as a team, supporting each other, and we always win or fail together. You will be working closely with the Swedish internal team as well as the Group Marketing team based in Finland. You understand the importance of localization but are also eager to develop our own approaches in line with global guidelines. 
  • A can-do attitude – You have an open mind and are willing to give new ideas a fair chance, and you are eager to learn from every attempt at innovation regardless of how well it succeeds.    
  • Negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills – You are able to influence internal stakeholders to get the best out of the organization to support your marketing goals. You don’t get tired of searching for solutions when facing problems.   
  • An analytical and systematic approach – You know how to optimize your campaigns through numbers and analytics.   
  • ICT skills – You have existing competence in marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, social media management tools,  Hubspot, Microsoft dynamics, gamification (such as Leadfamly) as well as basic Microsoft tools as PowerPoint and Excel  
  • Language skills – You are fluent in Swedish and English.    
  • Education – You have a commercial degree or a degree in another relevant field (Bachelor’s or Master's level).
