We are looking for a new leader to join our ICT organisation as the
CIO (Chief Information Officer)
The CIO is responsible for overseeing the group's information technology strategy, ensuring that all systems necessary to support its operations and objectives are in place. In particular, you are a good leader of an ICT team of more than 10 persons.
You will be a member of two management teams, cooperating actively with all our business areas to help our companies meet their growth and transformation goals with the Data Driven Kiilto strategy. You are responsible for planning our ICT strategy and budgeting, while ensuring its smooth implementation with your international team of experts. You have fresh ideas and know-how within our businesses on the potential of new technologies. In addition, you have a contact network with system and hardware suppliers, and you are experienced with hardware and software purchases. As our company grows, we will also expect the applicant to interact smoothly by networking within the international business environment. Your primary location can be at Lempäälä, Helsinki or Turku, and your work will require regular travel within the Nordic and Baltic countries.

- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
