We are looking for a
CATEGORY MANAGER for the Professional Hygiene Business Area
In this role you will be responsible for your own product category (Technical Alcohol and Wipes) across our markets in Russia, Baltics and the Nordic countries, including life cycle management, profitability and planning of long-term development strategies. Your main goal is to create innovative, valuable and profitable solutions that create value for the customer. You will be in charge of creating go-to-market plans and launches for the new solutions. You will manage and work with New/Existing Product Development projects. Your tasks also include collecting and analysing data and insights from internal and external networks from the specific market area to determine industry trends.
To thrive in this role, you will have good problem-solving skills and an international mindset. A technical mindset is considered an asset. In addition, you are constantly looking for new ways of doing things and are a developer type of person. You also have an ability to understand customers’ needs and problems.
You will be part of the Professional Hygiene Solutions Management team and report to the Head of Solutions Arton Ibrahimi. You will work internationally in close cooperation with Sales, Supply Chain and RDI teams, and also with customers, distributors, partners, suppliers and equipment manufacturers. You will be located in Assens, Denmark. This position requires some travelling.
Background that makes the best fit for this job
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience as Category Manager or similar role
- Experience in working in an international role
- Experience in leading projects
- Good cooperation and project management skills
- Fluent communication in English
