Our research, development and innovation (RDI) unit in Lempäälä is looking for an
RDI Manager
for the Industrial Adhesives and Fireproofing business area
You will be the recognised expert in charge of the research, innovation and development activities in your responsibility area. You will be part of an enthusiastic and motivated RDI unit of around 40 people within a growing international company. You will manage and work with development projects on products and services, typically in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and customers. To thrive in this role, you will collaborate fluently in diverse business environments. In addition, you are skilled and have an interest in chemistry or polymer chemistry. Understanding of polymer dispersions, polymerisation and/or wood-based materials is considered as an advantage.
You will be able to influence the future of the Kiilto Industrial Adhesives and Fireproofing business, making it more efficient and environmentally friendly. You will also participate in developing the whole value chain from raw materials to the end customer.
