Our Group ICT organisation is searching for an
ICT APPLICATION SPECIALIST
to join our professional international team
As an Application Specialist you will combine expert technical knowledge with excellent customer service. Responsibilities of the role will include – solving technical support requests as well as developing our core applications, for example: ERP systems. You will also be responsible for creating instructions and organising training sessions in an international environment. Ideally, you will already have experience as a key-user or an administrator for business-critical applications. Your curiosity and willingness to learn will be a great advantage. You will understand the big picture behind our systems and business environment while being able to pay meticulous attention to detail. If you are a positive and responsible individual, who is an innovative problem solver with the ability to think outside of the box, this fascinating job could be the next step in your career. At Kiilto, you can make a difference. Ideally, you will be based in the Tampere, Turku or Helsinki region.
This job could be ideal for you if your background includes the following:
- A master’s or bachelor’s degree in IT or another relevant subject
- At least two years of experience performing similar tasks
- Good communication and presentation skills within a multinational context
- Written and spoken fluency in Finnish and English, Russian is an advantage
- Technical skills and understanding of core applications (ERP, CRM), reporting tools (QlikView, Power BI), change management, incident management and process development
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment would be an advantage
